Looking to change the 52 outer on my new 105 chainset to a 48 or 49 for cyclocross use. Unsure whether to go fro Stronglight or TA...any advice?

TA - Stronglight ones are generally 'softer' and not as well finished - but you can buy them cheaper.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

TA are very nice rings - replaced my Dura-Ace 7400 rings with Blue Annodised TA ones.

Use the stronglight ones on the training bike - just got two new rings (second set of stronglights) for less than £20 for two. TA set will set you back about £50.

The edges on the stronglights are a little rough, but OK for a training bike.
