I am looking to buy a decent bike lock, around the £30 - £50 quid mark.
Anyone got any tips or reviews they could link to?

Abus Granite or Halfords Gold lock tend to do well in tests. Back up with a good cable lock.

    I bought a Magnum + 302

A smallish D lock (6" gape i think) but comes with a meter of plastic wrapped half inch cable,

Cable loops through front wheel, around solid article, and other end connects to D lock through back wheel.

Locks both wheels and to a solid object.

'Gold secure' marked....anti pick, drill etc. Comes with a fair few keys (one of which is illuminated) and also a code to order more keys if you lose them.

£35 quid....from everyones fave bike shop.....

Here's a nice tip if you leave the bike in the same place all the time - buy length of chain from a hardware shop, and a beefy padlock, and simply leave the at the site. I picked up a monstrous lump of iron for about 7 quid! Also carried my D lock and cable lcok too...
