SRAM chain choice

I'm about due a new chain, and based on everything I've read it looks like SRAM is the way to go. Now I need to decide which one - 951, 971, or 991. I'm a fair-weather cyclist, riding a 2002 Giant OCR2 that started out as tiagra and is now about 50% ultegra, but I'm definitely more tiagra standard than ultegra (both wallet and riding ability). Is there much of a difference between the 3, and will I notice it?
