Carbon Steerer tube cutting

Building up my new bike...

Whats the best way to cut a carbon steerer tube? Do I need a special hacksaw blade?

Only ever used alu/steel steerers before.

If you have an old stem you can clamp it onto your steerer tube and use it as a cutting guide.
