cables rubbing

Hey just bought a gt chucker with loads of little bits... there is some paint missing from the frame where the cables have rubbed is there anything that i could do to prevent this? just starting to get properly into downhill and a few trails and want to keep the bike in good condition! Thanks

You can buy patches for the frame.

Try re-routing the cables somehow. Or if the cables/hoses are quite long, shorten them a wee bit.0
