what good dirt jump bike are there for up to £400?

    You would probably get a better responce if you had put this in Jumping forum

    I would have said that your best bet was either the DMR Drone if you want 24" wheels, or the Giant STP if you're after 26s
    Having said that, another £100 would get you a much bigger range of bikes to choose from.
    IIRC, Pauls Cycles have the Mongoose Fireball at a pretty good discount

    Have a look on ebay though, as you should be able to get yourself a pretty good deal second hand
