Right, other day i got a flatty, got home to find all of my allen keys wont work because they're all rounded, and i haven't got a puncture repair kit. i have a new inner tube to put in it now, but still cant get the wheel off. its a DMR revolver with allen bolts. and the allen bits in the actual bolts are basically beyond help from rounding as well.
How the f*ck can i get my stupid wheel off, i have some replacement nuts for it, so dont mind wrecking the ones on it now, but im going biking sunday, and really need my bike fixed.
any help is really great, thanks.

Drill the bolt heads off.0

For the time being, you could probably just fix the puncture without removing the wheel from the bike.
EDIT: Just realised you didn't have a puncture repair kit. Apologies.0 -
The first thing I'd try is to hammer in a Torx bit that is slightly too big. However if they are of the same quality as your Allen keys then you wont get very far.
Using grips wont work as the bolts are dome head.
Cutting a slot would be good but not sure how likely that will be as the drop outs on a fork tend to be recessed.
Cold steel chisle method may well work fine, but Id leave that till second last.
Last would be to drill the heads off.
Also, you say you have replacement nuts for the wheel. Unless I have completely misunderstood this, it's the bolts at either end of the hub you are having problems with, so where do these nuts come into it?
Now maybe you will see the point in buying a puncture repair kit and decent quality tools.0 -
OK, I have the same hub and use the allen bolts. They are NOT domed, for starters. Take a hacksaw and cut a groove across as has been said before, then unscrew it with a screwdriver.Check out my site - http://www.trail-dog.co.uk
It's good for you.0
