wheel trueing (elbow less spokes)

Hi

I have a 105 rear wheel with what I think are called elbow less spokes i.e the spoke adjusters are at the hub. Does anybody know if its the same principle to true one of these wheels as it is a standard wheel with nipples at rim

Yeah, exactly the same principles. Just rather than tightening from the outside, you're doing it from the inside.
