Tubeless or tubed tyres??

I am picking up a new set of wheels tomorrow any advantages with going for tubeless??

If you fill them with latex,less punctures,no possibility of snakebite punctures,better ride (no friction between tube and tyre),deform over bumps better,can run lower pressures,so more grip,due to bigger footprint,saves some weight.

Only real disadvantage is they are a faff to set up,and you still need to carry a tube.
