If you assume everyone uses them-a fair assumption based on the last 1 year of revelations, then it does add up I guess0 -
But we all know there are some clean riders...surely they would do better if doping ceased? Suggests to me that Kelly could be arguing that his own palmares weren't affected by doping. Why would he say that? Sounds fishy.<hr>
