Kona D.O.P.E 12 Kit

Hey folks,
I have a Kona Coiler 07 and i've been thinking of changing from the stock QR system on the rear to a 12mm thru axle, I know I will need the Kona DOPE 12 KIT (both dropouts for fixed disc NOT the floating disc version) but I cant seem to find anyone in the uk that stocks them.
Anyone know where to get them and how much they cost?
Reason I have been considering this is because the rear end seems to flex a bit when cornering with the QRs and the rotor seems to rub on the caliper. (the brake is a Hayes HFX 9 if you needed to know).
I have tinkered with the calliper abd centered and recentered but still have the same annoying nooooisey prob!!!
Not sure if this would be the right solution so any help would be great.

I emailed them last night instead and they reckon it'll cost £200!!!! :shock:
Surely that cant be right?
I replied asking if that was just for the 2 rear dropouts or for the full system (rod, floating mount and dropouts) just waiting on a reply!
Dont think i'll bother if that how much it costs :x0
