TdF Stage 16 - Col d'Aubisque access

I am going out for stage 16, hoping to watch somewhere on the Col d'Aubisque.

The timings for the caravan and riding times were easy enough to find, but has anyone got any info on road closure times or any idea where I can get this kind of info, preferably in English!?
