    I'm running a road bike with bars. my treat formyself is to get one when Ihit a short 25 minute (under 25.15) 10. :shock: I only have 119 secs to go. that's a 27.12 to save the brain power!

    I think I may make it earlier than I think as I'm doing my first fast course on Tuesday. I may hve to re-evaluate that. my bank manager may have a say in it. :evil:
