How do I post pictures?

Hi,

Have just posted a thread asking for info on one of my bikes, then realised that I did not know how to post pictures!

I'm using a PC with Windows XP and my pictures are in MY PICTURES,

Any help appreciated,

first host the pictures somewhere, flicker/imageshack etc then link to them.

I've seen pictures within other posts, how can I do this?

I think they removed this feature so have to post a link. It was being abused.

pleaseb consider the size of the picture before posting it.

large too images may disapear.

If you use www.imageshack.us to host your pics, it gives you the forum code when you post your pic so you don't even need to figure out the {img] tags

Or www.photobucket.com does exactly the same.
