Yesterday St Albans to East Grinstead, only 56 miles but great ride. How do you guys cope with that traffic every day?

Anyway saw many guys jumping the lights....

What's your recent great ride, you know when you just seem to fly!!!

I love the slightly dangerous dog-eat-dog nature of cycling in London. I love to ride fast and aggressively- it's such a buzz and means that the whole exercise never gets boring. As for RLJ's, I like to think that people who use bikes as a means of cheap transport tend to jump lights whereas cyclists don't, if you catch my drift; a bit pompous maybe but there ya go!!

resisting rlj at junctions, just, they're so slow sometimes that the dozen bikes I've passed in the last few minutes all come past me and wobble across huge junctions perfectly safely

it's very annoying, the junctions are seriously crap, I sit there wondering what on earth is supposed to be happening

You get used to it, and it makes cycling around nice quiet country lanes at the weekend even more enjoyable.

I think the weekend of the TDF in London was possibly the best I've ever had. It was like being on a high and wishing it would never stop...

It was definately a high............ and next friday I'll be riding out to Montee de la jeante to see the peleton in France. A 100k ride to see them go past... and then another 100k home. can't wait.
