The bearings have failed on my Trek liquid swing arm. I have the means to get them out and have removed the main pivot ones. Just wondering where to get them? Had a look at Betd Goldtec, seem to have what I want...... anywhere else to consider before I order them?

BETD do lots of after market stuff, good quality, but usually a little more expensive. Could try the Trek dealer of course!0

Is it the Edge shop in Warrington you're thinking of ? as I think they stock Trek.....(another branch in Chester)
Failing that the shop next door to the Specialized shop in Chester do Treks also.0 -
Hi Matt! Yep the edge down in the arches (next to the posh sex shop!) Been in there a couple of times. If you want a bike, a great place to look, tyres great. Parts forget it! May end up with a local bearing supplier yet, and that way work can pay for 'em! (SHHHhhhh!! dont tell 'em!)0

Here's a virtual pint for ya!
Edit:
Ahhh read it proper like this time.... Mucky bugger, I meant i'd been in the bike shop a couple of times.... Might go in the sex shop tho', just for a laugh........do you think a pink dildo would look good on the trek? might clash a bit tho?0 -
Measure the bearings, then go here:

See the reference and then go to a bearing suplier. Much cheaper than getting the original ones. :P0 -
Quick update for those interested?! Just bought the service kit for the bike... includes new rocker arms and bearings, 2 main pivot bearings and a new main pivot axle for £85 not too bad... Specially considering a local bearing factor wanted £45 + VAT for 2 bearings! :shock:0
