    Do not do it. Paypal would not ask you to do that. Has your account been compromised? Contact Paypal customer services.

    Thanks for the quick reply, i haven't done anything yet.

    It happened when i logged in, its still on the secure pages, with HTTPS in the address bar, and the little lock down the bottom.

    also with ebay is it safe to verify by card, or should i do it by phone?

    sh1t. i just realised that i put my card details in when switching email addresses with ebay.
    They wanted verification. Is that normal?
