But you can congratulate someone on MSN, or the phone, or with a text message, email, PM (if they still work), card, kissogram.... What's the point in doing it publicly if you're not going to say what you're congratulating them for? To impress everyone with how you're just such good buddies with the person you're congratulating?

I'll bet this kind of "look at me, I know something you don't know" BS is is why no-one was interested in the reserve as a gaydar replacement and ukmb became the forum of choice. People who weren't invited to the reserve were always having it thrown in their faces how they weren't part of this elitist little clique at "the other place."

Yeah, people may not be be able to be at the reserve, hell I'm not there. But anyone can join the UKMB one, because i have and last time i checked admin don't say you cant you can. Anyone can join.
