The Schwalbes tyres are supposed to have seriously thin sidewalls. Try running some fatter tubes or a latex sealent.

I use a variety of schwalable tires for the last 2 seasons. Never had a problem with mine.

I use Racing Ralphs and Nobby Nics (seriously fast tires!) and i've had one puncture in 8 months of using them which was with silly light tubes so I cant complain.

My Nobby Nics Sidewall was ripped open on the towpath on its first outing. I've been riding that towpath for 17 years and never even had a puncture in any of the other tyres I've used

The Nics sidewall is paper thin, thats why its so light. Agree it was fast, but not worth it if its sooo vulnerable. Cinders on all my bikes at present, great all rounder, not too heavy, good grip and usable even on tarmac in the wet
