Front Derailleur/ Gear Adjustment

Initially the limit screws on my front derailleur wouldn't let me select the lowest 4 gears on my compact, the lbs adjusted this but now the derailleur is throwing my chain of the chainring when I change down. I thought I'd just tighten the inline cables adjusters or whatever there called but the Bianchi 928 Carbon Veloce doesn't have these :? Does anybody know how to tighten the cables on this style of bike?

    Alignment of the front mech is pretty critical - it needs to be parallel with your chainrings which is possibly your problem. Check out www.parktool.com for full instructions
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    The derailleur wasn't out by much but I've took your advice and adjusted it slightly, Ive also tightened the lower limiter slightly, everything seems to be shifting OK in the front room of the flat but I'll see tomorrow :?: , wrong, later today when i take it out on the road.
