Specialized White Shoes
I bought some new shoes a few weeks ago based on how they look and am now paying the price.
I should have gone for some specializeds but they are black and ugly so I bought some nice white northwaves, and am now starting to have issues with my legs.
You can get white specializeds in europe and the usa but was wondering whats the best way to go about getting some?
Is there anyway I can get them in the UK or will I have to go abroad and if so any tips?

You could look at getting some of the Specialized bg inserts for your northwaves. I think they're £15-20, may be a cheap alternative to getting a well fitting shoe that also looks good.0

I wouldn't call my Specialized Pro Carbon's ugly at all - they have the advantage of looking rather new for a long time - bit of black shoe polish ! - White will be ruined after a wet ride !
What sort of leg issues do you have ? What shoes have you changed from, are you sure you've set them up right ?0 -
Is it a problem with your shoes or cleat position? I'd go for a shoe made from synthetic leather e.g. lorica - regardless of colour you can scrub it up like new whereas leather can look pretty old pretty quick. Sidi shoes in my experience are comfortable, pretty light, hard wearing and spares readily available. The risk is that some OEM manufacturers change their shoes so often that getting spares is nigh-on impossible after 1 year.Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0
