Ruckus + 203mm Rotors ?

Can anyone see any issues on putting a set of Hayes HFX 9 203mm disc brakes on a Gt Ruckus +RS Revelation forks. The RS website states the 203mm rotor is ok for the fork but can't find any info on the Ruckus, or on the GT site.
Any ideas, a bit overkill for hard trail riding and medium(-ish) freeride ? The main reason is a set of 203mm brakes can be picked up on offer for about £50 less than the 180mm's,
