Given that we praised the efforts of the Tinkoff team to justify their invite during the first week of the Giro I feel we ought to do the same for Agritubel.

They've been in every break so far and, in Roman Feillu, have a very promising sprinter on their books.

Chapeau!

Aye, and it's also surprising that Barloworld haven't got into any breaks. I woulda thought they would be chomping on the bit to get up the road and show their colours. Fair enough they have Hunter for the sprints, but let's be honest, he's not going to win one is he?

I'm warming to Feillu. His move today to nip a few points in a sprint by passing the peloton on the curb and then jumping back in and taking off was sweet. I have to admit they have their place, contrary to what I may have thought a few months back. They lack the really really talented youngsters of Tinkoff, though. I've been wondering what Barloworld were doing, too. We've hardly seen their jersey up to now.

Hmm, Agritubel always excite things a bit- they will probably win a stage with Mercado...

Bit baffled by the invisible Barloworld, especially on Sunday I would have expected Geraint Thomas to attack....

They do seem to be putting all their eggs in the Hunter basket... which is odd as he has never looked like being really really top drawer.

I'm also an Agritubel convert. They even gave me free t-shirt.

If I ever want some tubing to hold my cattle in, I'll look no further...
It's a little like wrestling a gorilla. You don't quit when you're tired. You quit when the gorilla is tired.
