Shimano XT Chainset?

hi, im 5 6" and just bought a Chainset but i find out the crank lenght is 180mm, it's any problem?

    You wont find it too much of a problem but it would have been better to go for a shorter length rather than a longer length considering your height. Mind you, for XC it will be fine.

    just brought the Shimano Chainset but bit long

    175mm should be about right for you but some folks prefer slightly shorter

    You may find that if you have your seat up and the correct height that you feel you are lifting your knee too high when cycling and you may not be able to spin so fast
