I've recently had the unpleasant experience of dealing with these folk.

Bought a chain on ebay, they sent the wrong one. Ignored my emails to request the right one be sorted out.

I called them and was told they sent a different one as they don't stock the one I ordered anymore. I asked why they are still advertising them on both their site and ebay... they just hung up.

Looking on other forums, their policy on ebay seems to be to wait until they receive feedback before giving it. They treaten buyers that their one feedback makes no difference to their rating whereas their feedback will affect theirs.

The customer service is non-existent.

A quick google finds many other similar experiences.

Whilst I am sure that they have a few satisfied customers, when things go wrong and are their fault they do absolutely nothing and will do anything they can to avoid correcting the situation, communicating with the buyer. They actively threaten to ruin your feedback on ebay too.

You have been warned!
