Stem and bars - C/Fibre or not? Ritchey products or not?

Hi.
Just after some advice if possible. I have come into a bit of money through overtime at work.
I've got a Ritchey C/F seatpost (not the WCS one) and have been looking at the Ritchey adjustable stem, also Ritchey C/F bars. Does anyone have any advice/experience with these 2 items? Are there better stems/bars out there?
Plus the adjustable stem, does anyone know how it tightens once adjusted? I'm concerned about it slipping when its on, like landing a jump etc.....
Also is C/F weaker than aluminium - The riding we do is mainly XC and trails, we don't jump/huck or anything like that, so I guess the strenght loss shouldn't affect me that much, whereas the loss of weight would (although only slight!)
Thanks for any advice/help!!

I swear by Ritchey products but have not tested the products in question. I am also a huge fan of carbon fibre despite not being a typical XC racer type and as such for XC I don't see any real disadvantage to CF.
The frame, fork, handlebars, spacers and saddle on my XTC are all carbon fibre.0 -
