He was 32nd @ 43 seconds.....................did you expect him to show his face in the first 6 (sprint) stages?? He'll be out to play at the weekend...............if his form is any good............and if he can avoid the crashes before then.0

I think he is a donkey and wont win the tour de france.
(egg on face in a couple of weeks possibly)0 -
well I expected a half decent prologue!!! and he is in the ball park, but its probably more a comment on ITV's commentary I have even heard him mentioned. I'm still going to avoid Eurosport until the mouuntians when i'll video the whole ( broadcast) stage.

Not hearing about Valverde is a good thing for him at this stage, it means he hasn't crashed out!!!0

i suppose that goes for Mayo too!!! The 200m of cobbles yesterday must have had him bricking it.Self confessed King of The Mole Hill0

Well I hope he does well - I'm betting Mrs deejay that he'll beat Vino in Paris. I've also got Boonen versus her choice of McEwen for the green. As you can see I've let her pick first and then chosen my best bets from who was left! He's more machine now than man. Twisted and evil...0

What a gentleman.0

I think we will see more of the contenders tomorrow in the mini mountains, and after sitting through the last couple of days on tv I expect to be rewarded with some decent action.0

I have got him for a podium in Paris (and Robbie for green...again). How about Millar for the KoM??? (goes off to find online bookies for odds)0

Paddy Power had Millar at 80's for the Tour overall, which I took back in March time.
I thought it represented good value as the likely favourites were dropping like EPO'd flies at the time.0 -
I did a double, Valverde for the win and McEwen for the green. Right now it looks like McEwen will mess up my bet :x0
