Yup - I had it a few years ago as a consequence of a crash which resulted in hip pain when riding. Visited a physio and through a regime of manipulation and core body excercises was right-as-rain within about 6 weeks. Obviously it depends on how long you've been riding like that - I have seen people with twisted saddles to accommodate the problem. Obviously depents on the prognosis from your Osteo, but it might be worth visiting a specialist bike fitter who has experience of biomechanical mis-alignment
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

I have a twisted pelvis, probably because my legs are different lengths. It seems to have got worse with age. I'm 45 now. I didn't have back pain - I had bum pain because it felt like at least three quarters of my weight was on one sit bone. Padded saddles were agony. Then I got a harder one - a Fizik Arione - which was lots better. But I would still be in pain after a long-ish ride. Julian at Cyclefit sorted it with a combination of cleat wedges (Lemond Lewedges) and twisting my saddle. It's still level but it points a few degrees to the left. I suggest you give him a ring and talk it through. Phone calls are free. But fitting sessions cost! Worth it though if it sorts you out. http://www.cyclefit.co.uk/

    Good luck!
