Looking to replace my wheels and one of my disc rotors so getting wheel and rotors togeather seems a good move. merlin have a cracking offer on this

PAIR LX DISC HUBS - MAVIC 317 DISC RIMS & ROTORS
*Pair LX splined disc hubs
*Mavic XM317 disc rims in black
*Handbuilt with stainless steel double butted spokes
*Complete with LX 160mm rotors
*Wheels are compatable with XTR, XT, LX and Deore 535 hydraulic disc brakes.

I currently run 160mm rotors front and rear. However I my discs are hayes mx4 mechanical's is it going to be a simple exchange one for tother? or will it end in disaster?

thanks.

they will work but the track might be a bit narrower reducing the braking a bit. i think wiggle are doing a deal on some XT without discs for about 100.
