which fork should i get??

The budget ive got is probably 200-300 at the most, im looking for a upgrade from my kona dawg matics front fork,
i do the normal all mountain trail riding which alot of people do,

what fork does everyone think i should get

at the minute it runs using a QR, so would it be best keeping it as a QR
