OT - laptop screen upside down

My 2 year old decided to lean on my laptop keyboard, which somehow reset the screen and everything is now displayed upside down. ANy idea how to reset it, the mouse moves but won't click on any icons.

Why does this happen when you have urgent work to so ???

Panic over, apparently ctr alt and up arrow key rotates the display, thanks anyway
