You use Paypal to purchase but all emails and such have been answered promptly when i have enquired.

I wouldn't worry about using paypal as that is the standard payment module that comes with the shopping cart they use.

It looks pretty goos. I'd probably try a smallish purchase first and see how that goes before spending lots.
