anyone know what the camping is like in spain is it expensive and can you wild camp

    It's a while since I have been there, but mt memories of camping around the Picos de Europa are very good. The campsites were not too expensive and had good cheap reataurants and it was easy to wild camp when you wanted.

    Definitely wild camping is the way to go. Campsites are expensive for not very much. I think wild camping is technically illegal but no one bothers you. If we went to a campsite, two people and a tent, we rarely paid less than 15 euros and that wasn't even in high season.

    Portugal, now that's a different story!! Great municipal sites. There we hardly ever paid more than 10 euros and sometimes as little as 4 euros.
