some tips please...

hey guys, ive been trying to manual for quite a while and i cant seem to pull 1 for more than a few metres, is there any techniques or tips for manualling?

    keep your arse over the back wheel

    keep your legs bent, if you feel the front end going down push your feet forward, if you feel the front end about to flip squeeze the brake slightly and bend your legs

    thats how i do it anyhoo

    all right, ll give it a try. i think ive jus gotta get some more balls. i can do it for long enough wen i have to, but otherwise i cant.

    sounds like your sorted then on manualing :P

    also another tip

    if youre not running brakeless its best to be on the point of flipping as youve got more control( the rear brake)

    ok thanks :D im running discs, but the rear 1 is shite, should be ok tho. thanks alot for your help.
