Headset removal

Is there anything I should know before I have a go at removing an integrated headset :?:

    Make sure you've got the right model of replacement - there are 2 types of integrated headset - the Campagnolo type uses 45x45 degree chamfers on the bearings whereas Cane Creek are 45x36 degrees.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
