Lowrance iFinder GO2 GPS
I was in my local Maplin today and they have the above GPS in store discounted by 50% to £49.99. It seems to have a reasonable spec:
-Precision 16-parallel channel GPS+WAAS receiver
-Built-in, 64MB of memory
-1,000 waypoints/1,000 event markers/100 routes
-Up to 100 retraceable plot trails, with up to 10,000 points in any trail
-40 map zoom ranges, 0.02–4,000 miles
-42 graphic icons to mark special spots
-Internal back-up memory
-Waterproof

Has anyone got one of these and can comment on whether it is any good for cycling? Also how you have managed to mount it to your bars as it seems a little devoid of accessories?

The maps look especially useful to road biking in the UK....When I'm in the peaks I'm always worried about hitting an offshore wreck in US coastal waters....!Briceyinstockport0
