Anyone having problems with MSN?

Hi all,
Is anyone else having problems getting onto MSN?
Trying to sign in it keeps on coming up with an error box. Troubleshooting doesnt help.
Have restarted, closed MSN, opened again etc, no luck (
Am running XP, and Windows Live Messenger (latest version I think?)
Any thoughts?
