I know he was having 'a little bit of twouble' last night logging on to here.

Hope he's made it.

I'll miss his strange mix of seriousness / anarchy / humour otherwise

Now that Mr Johnson is free ( :D ) the BBC have lots of space on their site for a 'Free Frankie' campaign.

Well, here I am, albeit like a pig with a laryngectomy, disgruntled. I'm here with a dummy e-mail address. So no point mailing me. I feel like the undead. I had to switch to Mozilla to be able to see the registration page. Then it seems that I already exist here, despite all evidence to the contrary. So, i send off a 'forgot my password' thang and get no response. What happened to the promises that we could keep our user names. I know this transition was always going to be rocky. However, for me it has run like a well oiled seagull.

So, as i said to my wife at the altar, I'm here, I'll take part, but I don't have to fcuking like it.

    Now, in a happier vein.

    Hello.

Really can't be bothered with this forum. It's not very friendly, format not folks. I know people will say, oh you'll get used to it etc. But they've missed the point of the media. With the old forum, it felt comforatble and easy straightaway. Not so here. Good web design has people wanting to come back not putting up with crap till it gets better, and if those ads in my peripheral vision don't stop flashing I'm either going to have an epilieptic fit or just get more pissed off.

It is kind of like buying one of those Spanish villas you see advertised on channel 4 with a guy with very narrow shoulders. You hear how nice it is going to be; sea views, a Jack Nicholas golf course and a 5* hotel. But when you get there the house is 'decorated' with a can over otherly bright white emulsion, there is a dead donkey on the golf course and the hotel is full of prostitutes and greasy Spaniards with hard ons.
