We need an active topics button for the road section.
Its a real pain having to go through all the mountain bike stuff, every time we want to see what's new.
I've loved the C+ forum but am now thinking of moving over to the other side. :(

    +1 for the active topics

makes it easy to see what has been posted in the last 15 or 30 mins

It is one I the things I miss.

Me too - we need the active topics sorted by forum (or at least by section) like they used to be, otherwise the most active fora will just dominate the whole thing.

Oh, and another request to turn off the 'notify me when a reply is posted' by default.

Seriously, this function was what made the old forum for me. It let you see every single topic which had been active since your last visit.

I am interested in a number of forums, but there is no way to get a view of them all.

It's a pain going in and out of forums the whole time.

Is there any way we can get Active Topics back??????????

    Please!!!!!!!!!!

Simon go to you profile and turn it off.

There is now little chance that I'll see anything in Begginners or Know How where perhaps I can give some advice.

With Active topics you'd see a query from someone and be able to help out when you saw the question pop up.

No chance of that now, I'm not going to trawl through Know How just in case I can help someone out..........

I found the option in my profile thanks Nicklouse. I think it should be turned off by default in your profile though, presumably that would save a bit of bandwidth too, at least in the earloy days before everyone's turned it off themselves.

Another request for active topics by forum please. I'm not interested in anything but "road"...
