Any got any ideas about the cost of sending a large freeride/dh frame with shock, bb and cranks?

It cost me £10 to post a Cape Wrath frame using Royal Mail standard parcels with insurance upto £100. All packed up it weighed in at just over 5kg, but I think the cost MAY be the same upto 10kg.

Make sure you pack it well, including a spacer for the rear dropouts.

I think it was around the £15 mark when I sent a freeride frame (kona stinky)
