ISIS BB Cup Compatibility

I have a pair of FSA carbon cranks and ISIS titanium BB in Italian thread. I now want to fit the cranks to my other bike which has English thread. Rather than shelling-out for another BB when I have a perfectly good one, I was wonderinging whether FSA's Italian and English BB shells were the same such that I only need to swap the cups? I tried e-mailing FSA but they gave me an answer about pressed on cups being non-interchangeable - funny since mine both come loose. Anyone know if it's a straight swap to convert a Ital x 70 to Eng x 68?
