Decal removal question

I'v just had my old Italian steel frame painted/chromed and new decals put on then clear coated. Lovely except the top tube decal is in the wrong place! ie too near the head tube. It's late and I've only just unwrapped it and will ring them tommorrow.....in the meantime I am just curious to know how much of a fag this will be!! Any ideas? Will it mean a total respray??[V]
