Rim question for 105 wheels

My trusty winter bike has a Shimano 105 wheelset. They are only a couple of years old but were in use all through the past two winters every day for commuting as well as any other time of year when the weather is very poor and I also use it to go grocery shopping and to bring all my gear to work in the panniers. It has V-brakes with Koolstop pads.

When I inspected the rims the other day I have noticed that they are both slightly concave and there are no wear indicators left. I cannot now remember whether they have wear indicators or not. I removed the tyres and felt them in cross section and they did not feel as if they were paper thin.

What should I do please?
