Yeah Yeah... I know I should be out on the road....Well excuses etc...

Does anyone have any experience of the T1680 Flow ergotrainer.
Is it , has it been useful ? etc

I have one (and have had it 18 months) and used it about 10 times!

I'd recommend getting a spare back wheel and a proper "turbo" tyre because normal road tyres don't last long.
