Chain rub after new chainset

Got a new compact chainset on my nine speed. All the gears run smooth except the smallest. The chain is running against the front mech. How do I sort this and if I move it will it put everything else out?

    There are limit screws on the mech that adjust the limits of travel of the mech in either direction. It may be that the lower limit is set too high.

    If you have gone from a standard chainset to a compact you will need to adjust the mech to sit lower, closer to the bottom bracket. This is the other likely cause of your rubbing as if the mech is too high up the seat tube the chain will rub on the section of the mech that joins the R/H and L/H sides.
