Hi all.
For those interested I have created an excell sheet with results sorted in order of time for the 200k ride and I also created a word document with my ride data from garmin in it including elevation and route.
The excell can be sorted on time, name, split, club etc depending which column you select.
Any one want it mail me.

Can you put an "excuse" column in? I'd like to list stung under the eye by a bee and painful left knee as reasons why I didn't go faster.0

Oldwelshman I've just been looking at the stats and it seems that you almost died on the second accent of the Bwlch your hr went down to around fifty coming towards the steepest bit...I think were going to hear a Riis type confession soon ...0

I was taking it easy [:I]
Well spotted, I was actually limmiting myself on the climbs as it is not a race [:D] to hr of 150 (max hr is 170) as this stops build up of lactic acid in my legs.
The trouble with the Garmin is occasionally the hr goes nuts, the other day I was 220 and as you see here I was 50 on the Bwlch. From experience I know I was about 130 to 140 at that point. I might try changing the battery in the belt. It cannot be because it was dry as I was obviously sweating [:D]
As for a Riis type confession? well I do not know what was in the Welsh cakes so that would be my defence [8D]

I simply could not get my HR above 132 on the 2nd Bwlch ascent. First time round and up the Rhigos it was at my LT of 146-150 ish as expected.
