Plastic Bit Between Wheel and Cassette

Most people are more keen to get rid of them than aquire one. I'd hazard a guess at a spoke protector.
If your rear mech is set up correctly then you shouldn't need one, and they just look cack.
If you're convinced still I'd try a wanted ad in the classifieds. There's probably plenty knocking about folk have removed straight off.

Commonly known as the Dork Disc, and it is there to protect the spokes in the event of the chain overiding the biggest rear chainwheel, but if your derailier is set up correctly with the upper limit screw this should never happen.
It is fair to say that once set it should never be an issue... unless you fit a new wheel, gear cluster or derailier, then it only needs to be set again the once for the new components.0 -
Buster, is it a clear plastic disc, in which case, as above - most people don't want one.
But i also recall there ebing a spacer to allow a 7 speed cassette to fit an 8 speed hub, is this what you are after?
