    I've posted this before, but I don't mind repeating myself! The Highway Code instructs you to allow overtaking vehicles to pass you. So if there's someone on your flank it's your responsibility to let them pass you. If someone can get on to your flank then by definition they are going faster than you.

    This isn't a brompton thing, the prevailing wind is from the west, because of the POW and other buildings along Milbank the wind gets funnelled straight down towards Parliament Sq.
