    50mph on skates!?!?

I clocked 45 mph on me bike and I that was hairy (mainly due to the kind sole who decided to vere straight in front!)

was impresed by all the skaters, well done!

    Hey Mikey
Great report as always (sent the link to Cheryl, she'll be chuffed to bits, thanks)!
I think we share the same passion for this event. Bob, Russell and me had a great day out as usual, shame we met/saw pretty much everybody else in the photos, but must have been always just behind. never mind...next Year LOL!
Respect to you 'bladers (and the mini-bike guy WTF???).
    Cheers

Yeah, it was a brilliant fun day. It's not the place to be going super fast, more of a big social and fun ride with thousands of other people.

On the skating, I'll give you a free lesson if you get the skates and protective gear.
