I think the closest thing I have seen is the "Pinny miror",but these are not easily obtained in the UK.

As an option there is a similar model at St John Street

I have personally used the Cyclestar bar end successfully on my Airnimal and touring drops.

I've got a larger Zefal Cyclops. It does a passable job - I'd rather have a mirror than not - but I don't think bar end mirrors and drop bars are an easy combination. It's hard to set a good angle that you can see from the drops and hoods, let alone other hand positions. Some bikes (but not those with standard STI levers, I think) can fit a mirror just above the brake levers, which looks like it might work better.
• Cheers guys but it was the sort below i was really after

I bought something very similar on eBay from the US, I think it is extremely good - although I don't tend use it /that/ much, because when I'm going fast or in heavy traffic I prefer not to take my eyes off the road.

That is the Pinny bar end mirror

They were sold as this in the UK about ten years ago.

Where you will get one now I have no idea

Hi XTCRider,
I have these bar end mirrors for drop handlebars and they are fantastic. Here are the details for where you can get them:

Sprintech Rear View Mirrors for Drop Handlebars
From: Quest Bikes, telephone: 0870 0660454
They are œ19.95 for the pair + œ2.00 postage and packing

If you go to:
http://www.wildoo.co.uk/mirrors.htm
You can see them described, but this company (Wildoo) don't actually have them in stock, that's why you need to go to Quest Bikes as above.

Chris
